This section offers some of the details of the modules that make up the PS Modules
suite of content management tools. Each module can be applied in several ways
to meet your particular needs. For this reason, the descriptions below should
serve as a guideline and can offer some of the possibilities. If your needs are
not directly addressed below, please contact us and we would be happy to investigate
how these modules can be creatively applied, or perhaps customized to meet your
unique needs.

This is the heart of the content management system, controlling the hierarchy
and structure of your site. Our unique built-in editor creates all HTML code so
that you don't have to. Cut and paste your content from Microsoft Word and other
text editors, eliminating the need for data-entry. This tool enables you to manage
text, graphics, layout and links. Built in spell checking and a tool for uploading
and re-sizing pictures included. This module requires no technical experience,
is easy to learn, and has many of the same features as Microsoft Word. More advanced
users can manipulate the HTML directly in this program or paste HTML from a program
of their choice.

This module helps the site administrator delegate site-editing responsibilities
throughout their organization to control admin users and the modules/pages which
they are granted access to. Three levels of user permission are available: site
administrator, content manager, site editor. Enable some users to publish directly
to the site, while others can author and publish only after the content has
been approved.
Keep your constituent base up-to-date on everything that is going on inside
and outside of your school. Manage an unlimited number of calendars. More than
7 different calendar formats to choose from. Easily import event information
from an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or directly from Microsoft Outlook. Export
event information out to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for use in other programs.
Produces printer-friendly calendars for download by users. Easy to use interface
that can handle just a few events or a few hundred.

Enables the quick upload and labeling of pictures. Pictures are organized into
albums and galleries. Pictures are automatically resized into 10 different sizes,
digitally sharpened for better clarity, and optimized for viewing on the screen
and the web. More than 6 different gallery display formats to choose from.
Features:
- Provide users with interactive features: save photo, print photo, email photo,
photo zoom
- Upload up to 20 pictures at a time through our easy web interface
- No other graphical applications are required ; use photos directly from digital
camera or scanner
Upload and manage files to your site with ease, and without any technical experience
or third-party software. Can be used to distribute PDF files, documents, multimedia
and all file types. Easily link these files within pages for download.

This module delivers detailed and summarized reports every month on the traffic
and usage statistics on your site. Get access to your reports via the web, or
have them automatically delivered via email. Get quantitative proof of how the
sites users are utilizing the site, and understand what is the most important
content on the site. Produces reports that illustrate more than 60 different
web traffic metrics.
A comprehensive search engine that indexes all of the content on the site every
day so that users can rely on the search engine to find very particular keywords
throughout the site. Choose from several templates. Most dynamic web sites are
500+ pages in size. This tool will ensure that users can find specific content,
which they are seeking.
Provide a graphical view of how your site is organized. This is often a common
feature on sites which either have a large number of pages or have many first-time
visitors who are not familiar with how the site is organized. As your site grows
or changes, your Site Map is dynamically changed. No administration is required.
Your site map is always up-to-date and provides direct links to all pages throughout
the site.
Easily manage and publish press release style news items to your site. As you
add more news items, your old news is automatically archived. The body of your
news item is dated, and enables your most recent news to always be most viewable.
This module can be used for everything from infrequent formal press releases,
to daily informal announcements.
Manages newsletter-style pages that are dated and automatically archived when
new items are created. Attach an optional file to the newsletter page so that
visitors can download the document in Word or PDF format.
Manages in-the-news style pages that are dated and automatically archived when
new items are created. Functions similarly to the PS News module, but is designed
to work specifically for previously published content.
Collect and compile information from your website with custom forms. Forms can
contain all available types of information: text fields, text boxes, dropdown
menus, checkboxes, and radio buttons. Information is automatically sent via
email, and can optionally be stored in the database so that it can be exported
for use in a program.

Collect email addresses from your site using this interactive module. Users
can subscribe and un-subscribe in real-time, thus enabling you to maintain an
accurate and complete list. This module, coupled with the PS Broadcast module
provides a comprehensive solution for your email communication needs.

- Make first name and last name fields optional or required.
- Enables list subscribers to manage their own email address. No administration
tasks involved.
- Export collected email addresses to a program of your choice
- Import email addresses into a list to pre-load it

Send plain-text and graphically rich emails to one or more email list at a time.
This tool uses custom email templates, which we can develop for you to match
the design of your web site. Present your constituents with a consistent and
professional image with this module. Email is trackable to indicate: emails
opened, forwarded, unsubscribed, clicked-through. See detailed statistics on
the traffic that clicks through any links. Manages and classifies bounced email
addresses, enabling you to keep your lists up-to-date, and get rid of email
addresses which are outdated.

This module provides fast and simple e-commerce functionality so that you can
offer fixed-price transactions or variable-price contributions. Best used for
online giving or fund-raising.

Manages password-protected pages for configured sets of users and groups. Enables

This is the only module, which requires more complex setup tasks so that we
can tailor the module to meet your organizations specific needs. Most organizations
have a very specific set of contact/personal information on their constituent
base. This module can adapt to meet those specific needs, and we will work to
configure it for you and to perform the initial information load.

Enable applications to be authored, stored, submitted, and printed online. Universal
PDF format used for downloadable forms and for electronically generated forms.
Applicants can review the application process online, and review the status
of their application. This module requires a high degree of customization. We
will provide a custom quote upon request. Most 4-6 page applications will cost
$400-500 for conversion.
Enables a school to easily manage all types of information associated to an
athletics department including team web pages, team rosters, coach bios, athletics
matches, news, highlights, and scores.
