Perceptive Sites serves as an application service provider
or ASP. We provide usage of and support for web-based centralized software that
can be customized to meet the needs of our clients. Our software is priced on
a subscription basis and is payable on a monthly or annual schedule to best accomodate
our client's budgetary constraints.
We believe that pricing transparency is appreciated by our prospective clients,
and that clients should pay for what they get, not what they can afford. Perceptive
Sites is one of the only companies in the independent school market in particular
that publishes prices freely. Our per-module pricing structure allows us to tailor
a solution whose price is completely based on functionality, and enables fair
pricing for small and large organizations alike.
The two primary variables that determine the cost of a module are functional complexity
and ease-of-support. For this reason, some modules will cost as little as $5/month,
whereas others are upwards of $400/month. Most modules have unlimited usage rights
for a single fixed price, however a few have tiered pricing depending on the extent
to which the modules are used on a monthly basis. This is clearly noted in our
details secton.

Pricing Terms
- Modules can be added and removed from your account on a month-by-month basis.
- Payment for the modules is per month, and is not pro-rated by day.
- 10% discount applies when modules are pre-paid for a 12-month period.
- Module upgrades are provided twice a year at no additional cost.
