Often used for issues that are not extremely time sensitive. Provides for a time-stamped record of your request and enables us to handle issues outside of regular business hours. Email turnaround time depends on the priority level that is assigned, but ranges from 1 - 24 hours.

Phone
Our toll-free support line gives you direct access to help and is best used for more complex issues that require detailed explanation or any issue that requires expedicious response.

Web
Our support portal offers a host of electronic documentation on our content management application. We can also develop client-specific documentation for custom programmed applications.

On-site
Training and on-site support is available for all of our clients. Group sessions can be very effective for our content management application.

Before, During, and After Launch
We support our clients throughout the entire relationship: before, during, and after site launch. All of our contracts include a detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and we welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you while request a proposal from us. We also offer all of our clients the opportunity to schedule a regular bi-weekly conference call so that issues and needs can be addressed during an ongoing basis, and so that Perceptive Sites can stay on top of client needs as they change.
